| A partnership firm was established in the
year 1979 by the Name of JAY ENGINEERS & was mainly
engaged in Trading of Engineering items viz Screw Driver
Bits used in Aircraft repair Shops, Fitting & Valves
etc. The company then had its operational Head office
located in Mumbai.
Two Purohit brothers are the founders of the company.
The company switched over to manufacturing activities,
within two years from its inception & established
its first manufacturing unit at 51, Universal Industrial
Estate , I. B. Patel Road, Goregaon (E), Mumbai - 400
063.
Over the years the company established various factory
units at different places. The company got incorporated
in the year 1996 and changed its Name to M/s. B.
S. HYDRO-PNEUMATIC PVT. LTD.
B. S. HYDRO is mainly in manufacturing of Valves
, Quick Release Coupling, Hose Coupling & fittings
which are used in various industries like Steel Plants,
Fertilizer, Refineries, Automobile Pharmaceutical, Inks
& Dyes, Paints Chemical, Petro-Chemical etc.
The Company has got plans to modernize its manufacturing
activities and is working on various proposals for installing
latest machinery viz. Single Spindle automates, CNC
Machines, Semi - automatic machines, Multipurpose Machines
like drilling cum milling Machine. The company aims
at obtaining quality certifications like ISO 9000
& getting enlisted with reputed consultants &
customers.
