B.S.Hydro manufactures Double shut off type Hydraulic quic coupling. VV series type of Hydraulic quick coupling is designed with Poppet valve on both halves of coupling and a captive ball locking arrangement. VV series is general purpose double shut off coupling used in industrial hydraulics for various applications
Working principal
VV series type Double shut off hydraulic quick coupling work on simple Push and Pull principle. When the Adaptor is pushed to the coupler, it is accurately held by the self locking arrangement resulting in a positive & leak proof connection. This action simultaneously opens the valve & fluid flow starts. When sleeve is pushed back, the coupler releases the adaptor, simultaneously shutting off the poppet valves. The residual fluid is retained in the lilne.
